Hi friends! I’m Ashlan, born and raised here in the golden state of California.

My love for all things baking, gardening, and animals began when I was young. I have fond memories in the kitchen with my Gigi. Growing up we had a backyard cow, ponies, chickens and ducks. I always found time to adventure outdoors into the wild with my parents, identifying plants and animals on the trails we hiked.

I have been told I am an old soul, I believe I was born to preserve the old ways of living.
